Hotel resort of the Costa Brava located in one of the most picturesque coastal towns of the Mediterranean region very close to France and a few hours from Barcelona: An ideal location for those who want to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean during their period of internship.
This hotel opens its doors to tourists from all over the world during the warmer months of the year, between May and the end of September and, during this period, it usually has students of internship in areas of reception, restaurant and kitchen.
All scholars accepted at the hotel have lodging, meals during the shift and a monthly remuneration. It is a company with experience, identity and where you can live a unique learning experience.
During the cooking practice, the person of práctica be under the supervision of the Head of Kitchen and assist in the following tasks:
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes, regional, medierráneos and international.
- Organization of raw materials: Meat, salads, fish, fruits, canned
- Cleaning of the kitchen work areas and the preparation elements before and after each service.
- Learning cuisine recipes from the gastronomía mediterránea.
- Colaboración in the filling and the buffet.
