The most popular internships in this hotel are at the reception, in public relations, and in food & beverage, both in the restaurant and in the kitchen or bar.
Internships at this hotel are paid, and additionally accommodation and meals are offered to all interns of the resort: each student is entitled to three meals a day at the staff cantine. They also provide uniforms as corporate identity is fundamental to this great company.
This kitchen internship is for a student passionate for gastronomy, who wants to get to know the hotel world and the secrets of typical Mediterranean cuisine.
The internship will take place in the kitchen of one of the most beautiful hotels in the region, and will be supervised by a chef. The intern will have the following tasks:
- Organisation and cleaning of the kitchen before and after each meal
- Cutting and preparing meat
- Cutting and preparing fish
- Cutting and preparing vegetables
- Procuring raw materials and organisation of the magazine, canned and frozen food
